Refund policy

Physical Products (Apparel, Prints, Home Goods)


Our return window is 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with packaging intact.


We will replace physical items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect. To report an issue, email booking@weschetattoo.com with your order number and photos within 30 days of delivery. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.


Digital Products — All Sales Final


All digital product sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are offered on digital downloads under any circumstances. Once a file has been accessed or downloaded, returns cannot be accepted. Please review all product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have questions before buying, contact us first.


Books & Coffee Table Books


Books may be returned within 30 days if they arrive damaged or defective. Contact us with photos of the damage and we will arrange a replacement or refund.


How to Request a Return


Email booking@weschetattoo.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable. Do not send items back without prior authorization — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
